If you want to have a dual boot system with Windows XP and Windows Vista, then you must first install Windows XP and then Windows Vista.

Windows Vista uses a newly designed boot loader and if you install Windows XP after Windows Vista, then it'll overwrite Windows Vista boot loader and you'll not be able to boot into Vista.

If you have installed XP after Vista and you are not able to boot into Vista, then follow these simple instructions and you'll get the Vista boot loader back:

1. Download "VistaBootPRO". Its an excellent software which can reinstall Vista boot loader within a few seconds.

3. Now click on "Bootloader" button as shown in following screenshot:

4. Select "Reinstall the Vista Bootloader" option and click on "Configure It" button.

5. Thats it. It'll install the Vista Boot loader. You can also edit other settings like boot loader timeout, default boot entry, boot entry labels, etc.

You can also repair Vista boot loader using Vista Setup DVD but the above mentioned method is the easiest method and works even you don't have the CD/DVD.

This way of hacking into any kind of account was brought to my attention by my friend working in Microsoft.

Google people later discovered da bug & fixed it.

It is given here only for EDUCATIONAL purpose. . . . . . . . Moderator.


* STEP 1- Log in to your own gmail account. Note: Your account must be at least 1 week old for this trick to work.


* STEP 2- Once you have logged into your own account, compose/write an e-mail to: re.lost.pwd@gmail.com depending on which account u want to hack...This is the mailing address to the automated server that sends out passwords to users who have forgotten them. What you are going to do is trick the server into thinking that it is sending your password to you but it will send you the pass for the account you are trying to hack instead.

* STEP 3- In the subject line type exactly: “userpassword retrieve” (case sensitive, without the inverted commas)

* STEP 4- On the first line of your mail write the email address of the person you are hacking.

* STEP 5- On the second line type in the e-mail address you are using.

* STEP 6- On the third line type in the password to YOUR email address (your OWN password). The computer needs your password so it can send a completed JavaScript form from your account in the Gmail Server to extract the other email addresses password. This works because you are sending your password to a machine not a person. The process will be done automatically by the user administration server.

* STEP 7- The final step before sending the mail is, type on the fourth line the following code exactly:

2SUGm9qwM482SUGm9qwM48 (case sensitive)

The password will be sent to your inbox within 48 hrs in a mail called “System Reg Message” .

[W] "amvo.exe" Virus Removal

Amvo virus attacks Yahoo! messenger.

It consists of 3 files,
windows\system32\amvo.exe
windows\system32\amvo1.dll
windows\system32\amvo0.dll

Just delete these 3 files and the virus is gone, and donot forget to remove the startup entry for amvo.exe, using "CC Cleaner".

1. Open Task Manager
2. End Task Explorer.exe
3. Select Run from File Menu
4. Type cmd (press enter)
5. In Command Prompt Type: cd %windir%\system32
6. Type: attrib -s -h -r amvo*.*
7. Type del amvo*.*
8. Remove startup entries and virus is gone.

Tool to view contents in the Locked Folder.

Incase ur Girl friend had locked some folders in her PC using softwares such as "FOLDER LOCK", U can get access to them using the below described method.

There r 2 types of locking in it.

1. Lock in d locker present in the folder where u installed it.
2. Lock any folder by right clicking n selecting 'lock with folder lock'

The folders locked by second method are easy to access.
I found that when my system was infected by any small Pendrive virus, these folders come visible.
But the ones inside da locker, cant be seen as they are encrypted.

Infect with any small virus like “new folder.exe” or “amvo” or similar ones & access da hidden folders.

These small viruses & r easy to remove
Don’t forget to remove the viruses later.

Note: Tested wid "Folder Lock 5.5.7". Might or might not work wid da later versions.

You might encountered wid a big trouble with my computer as all the drives failed to open on double clicking and shows an application selection window instead.
Show hidden files options in the folder options also wont work.

Cause: Presence of autorun.inf

Solution:

Let X: be any arbitrary drive which you want to view by double-clicking.

In case you are using Windows XP/NT/2000/2003/Vista, you may require administrative rights fix this (in both methods).

METHOD 1:
This method works only if your OS is Windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista and if X: is NTFS: (If you don't have NTFS and NT Platform follow method 2)

(1) Open command prompt by type cmd in start->run

(2) Navigate to root directory of that partition using cd \ command.

(3) Now type X: . (Assuming X Drive is the drive in which you are facing problem)

(4) Type cacls autorun.inf /P Everyone:N *

(5) Reboot.

METHOD 2:
This may work only as a temporary solution. If you want this to work properly. Install any antivirus software, get latest updates, scan completely. Or make sure that the virus no longer resides/executes in your system. Details of this are beyond the scope of this write-up. It varies from trojan to trojan.

(1) Open command prompt by typing the following in start->run:
cmd For windows NT/2000/XP/2003/Vista
command For other operating systems.

(2) Navigate to root directory of that partition using cd \ command.

(3) Now type X: . (Assuming X Drive is the drive in which you are facing problem)

(4) Type: attrib autorun.inf -s -h -r

(5) Type: del autorun.inf

(6) Reboot


#Know Issues:
1. Access Denied: It simply means you don't have administrative rights. Login and administrator and try again.
2. The Cacls command can be run only on disk drives that use the NTFS file system.:
It means the drive your working on is not NTFS. You will have to follow Method 2.

In da above solution I'm denying read/write permissions to everyone. So that no virus can replace it. Also explorer can't read it.
So you will never need to worry about this autorun.inf in future.
So it'll be a perfect trap.

Use "CC Cleaner" or any other 3rd party tool to fix registry Issues.

4. Press enter and nameless file and folder will be created

2. Click on "Run"
3. Type in "command" and hit Ok

You should now be at an MSDOS prompt screen.

4. Type "ipconfig /release" just like that, and hit "enter"
5. Type "exit" and leave the prompt
6. Right-click on "Network Places" or "My Network Places" on your desktop.
7. Click on "properties"

You should now be on a screen with something titled "Local Area Connection", or something close to that, and, if you have a network hooked up, all of your other networks.

8. Right click on "Local Area Connection" and click "Properties"
9. Double-click on the "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" from the list under the "General" tab
10. Click on "Use the following IP address" under the "General" tab
11. Create an IP address (It doesn't matter what it is. I just type 1 and 2 until i fill the area up).
12. Press "Tab" and it should automatically fill in the "Subnet Mask" section with default numbers.
13. Hit the "Ok" button here
14. Hit the "Ok" button again

You should now be back to the "Local Area Connection" screen.

15. Right-click back on "Local Area Connection" and go to properties again.
16. Go back to the "TCP/IP" settings
17. This time, select "Obtain an IP address automatically"

20. You now have a new IP address


{This only changes your dynamic IP address, not your ISP/IP address. If you plan on hacking a website with this trick be extremely careful, because if they try a little, they can trace it back}

1. Reboot your machine.

2. Press F8 before the Windows boot screen appears.

3. You will be be prompted with a boot options menu.

4. Select the Start Windows in Safe Mode option.

5. Click through several self-explanatory screens until your reach the familiar 'Welcome' screen.

6. Note that this welcome screen is limited to 256 colors and 640x480 resolution because the primary graphics will have been set to the Windows Safe Mode software VGA adapter. You will not be able to change this mode even in Display options, while Windows is running in Safe Mode.

7. Find the icon for the Administrator user. If the default settings of your system haven't been changed, there should be no password for this account.
* The Safe Mode Welcome screen might display some of the other users on your system.

8. Login as the admin.

9. Press Yes at the prompt asking if you would like to continue using Safe Mode.

10. Continue on to the User Settings control panel. Here you can change any of the other passwords for user on the machine. Make any changes you want.

11. Reboot your computer. As long as you don't press any keys (i.e. F8) during the boot-up the computer will startup normally.

12. Login as the user for which you set the password.
